History

Dewings Catering & Confections is owned and operated by Adam & Jennifer Dewing. Here is a brief history of their experience.
Adam has worked in food service since he was 12. First serving cotton candy, sno-cones, popcorn, and sandwiches during the summers. He also was involved in running food booths in county fairs and other events.
Adam then decided after graduating high school to go to culinary school. He graduated with an Associates Degree in Applied Science from Johnson & Wales university in Providence, Rhode Island in 1999. It is here Adam & Jennifer met. They were married the next year.
Adam worked for Rossi’s Restaurant in their banquets and on the line. He then moved back to WI and worked for the Radisson Hotel & Resort in Green Bay, WI. Adam worked in banquets, catering, and the buffet restaurant cooking for up to 1300 people per day.
The next experience was at the Heidel House Resort & Conference Center in Green Lake, WI. Their upscale catering events were from 30-350 people on a gorgeous setting on the lake.
Adam & Jennifer then moved to Crandon, WI where they have been cooking privately for weddings and other events from 30 – 350 people since 2004.
