Read to your children…they’ll learn it!

We have family Bible study after supper every day (except Wednesdays and Sundays). We had been reading the books of the Bible to the children. We have read Genesis, Exodus (up until the law is given to the people), part of Deuteronomy, Esther, Ruth, and then bits and parts of the New Testament. Lately we have been Psalms and other collective verses to help the children (and us) memorize scripture. So far, we have learned/are learning Psalm 1, Psalm 2, John 1:1-18 and 1 Corinthians 13.

Want to see hear how the children are doing?

And people say the Bible is boring and hard to memorize! Keep in mind that Isaac will be 4 at the end of October! Go ahead and read the Bible to your children. Recite verses with them. You’ll be surprised at how much they pick up!
